We're currently hiring Market Hog Coordinators to select hogs for market. Market Hog Coordinators are expected to:
- Monitor changing company criteria for market hogs;
- Visually select hogs that meet company criteria for market hogs;
- Monitor producers’ compliance with on-farm industry standards; and
- Communicate clearly and frequently with RCFF’s contract growers and Marketing Team.
Minimum Qualifications for Market Hog Coordinators:
- Clean driving record;
- Physical ability to walk pens with market-weight hogs
- Excellent communication skills;
- Works well with team;
- Open and inquisitive approach to rapidly changing work environment; and
- Work experience with pigs preferred (not required).
